What do you know, another Dark Art Creation finished! I named it after the Old Bones song we all learned as kids. This gigantic apothecary jar, 22" tall is filled with carefully placed skulls and curiosities and is quite pleasing to the eye and very haunting! Perfect for this time of year, a must have for your mantel. One of a Kind, Wicked Wares by Crystal

One of my latest creations, "A Haunting We Will Go", the Smith Family is now ready to add a macabre mood to any room! In a blackened frame with old original wavy glass, this forlorn yet festive family brings a wry grin and chuckle to everyone that looks at it at my shop. 24" x 20", One of a Kind, Wicked Wares by Crystal - $195
Gearing up for Halloween at the shop and fabulous, fun, new masks have arrived! Here are just a few. They all tie on with a black ribbon so you can wear them or just add a special touch to any room!

Meet Mysterious Millicent, my most recent creation. She is a very old mourning oil painting on canvas that I framed in a magnificent antique blackened frame. She got tired of years of mourning so I gave her a mask and now she is ready for the Masquerade Ball, still a bit forlorn though I'm afraid, but oh so haunting! She is available and could become an instant family member on your walls so email if you want her to live at your house....

Meet Beatrice, a large, haunting 1920's bust I found at an antique faire recently. She was Dante's love interest way back when and inspired many of his famous writings throughout his life even though they both married other people. She was previously owned by Charles Gerhardt, famous conductor and producer who conducted many famous classic film scores including Star Wars. She was purchased from his estate sale after his death in 1999. Bittersweet!

I was able to get away on a little hunting trip over the holidays and found this fabulous old robotic mannequin. She moved into my shop on New Years Day, fit right into the haunting atmosphere and has become a big hit already. From around the 1930's-40's, plug her in and she comes alive, moving her arms back and forth over the tarot cards while her head turns both ways. She looks like the Bionic Woman inside, full of old machine works and gears. She must have been a fortune teller back in the Good Old Days, I have never seen one like this before. She lives at my shop now so come visit often and ask for a demonstration.
More new arrivals from my recent trip are posted here and on the website.
Thanks for all your support and kind comments in 2008 and have a Wonderful New Year!
